The confirmation of uploaded files is the files that are listed at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail. If you do not see a necessary file listed there, we did not receive that file. Please resubmit the missing files and ensure they are listed in the confirmation e-mail.
Additionally, please ensure that you are submitting all of the necessary files. These include: a cover letter, the completed manuscript with all of the figures, tables and graphs in the appropriate place; and seperate files for each of the figures and graphs. If these files are missing, your manuscript will be rejected.
