Paper only subscriptions are for six issues from the receipt of payment. If you desire back issues or to adjust your subscription term, you will need to visit the Other Services section and purchase the desired service(s).
Operative Dentistry is not responsible for lost or damaged issues. We are happy to replace them for the minimal fee listed in the Other Services section, which covers the cost of production and postage of the replacement issue.
