Claims for lost issues may be made for your unreceived paper issues.  All claims must be made within 6 months from the issue mailing date.  Any claims made after the 6 month period will be rejected.  If 6 months have past, please order using the Back Issues option.

Operative Dentistry reserves the right to provide reprinted issues once the original print run is depleted.

Selecting this option will enable you to adjust your subscription term up to issue one of the current volume. This late fee is charged per issue adjusted.

For example, if you are subscribing in July, but still desire your subscription to begin in January, you will need to pay three adjustment fees. 

Back issues can be ordered at any time by subscribers and non-subscribers, but are subject to availability.  Please enter the Volume and Issue number that you desire (Vol-Iss).  If you require more than one back order at a time, please seperate each Vol-Issue with a comma.

Reprints can be requested by the author for their article that has been printed in Operative Dentistry.  Please provide your e-mail address, Volume and issue of publication, page numbers and the article title.  If you make this request and are not an author or co-author of the article, your request will be denied.  Unlimited prints from this PDF file are allowed, but the PDF file must not be distributed.
